Up to 1999, Ira Teich was CEO, Managing Director, and Strategist of one of the world's largest brand and food marketing strategy agencies, with a staff of two hundred and clients in seventeen countries. Earlier, Teich was senior partner of Paradigm Consulting, a global strategy and change management consulting firm. With degrees in both Science and Business, Teich started as a scientist, became a C.A. in the late '70's and turned his attention to strategy and marketing in the last twenty years.

Teich has worked with many great brands, like Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, A&P's Food Basics, ConAgra, 7-11, Arturo's, Swiss Chalet, Harvey's, Pillsbury, Nestle, Safeway and many others in North America and around the world. His foray in food retail strategy and foodservice is extensive; of special note, Teich has worked extensively on strategy and branding of several Cara brands and Timothy's World Coffee/Cafes. Also, he has led early initiatives that introduced Home Meal Replacement (HMR) concepts and programs into some of America's largest supermarket chains.

Today, Teich heads up the Teich Group which assists businesses internationally to develop breakaway innovations around customer acquisition & retention, marketing and brand strategy - in complex, multi-channel market environments.
