Must be academically trained with a recognized institution and not self-taught. ASP, PHP, HTML (raw code), Photoshop, CSS are our basic requirements for web programming on our various brands. Other programming that would be of great value included XML, Javascript, SQL or MySQL. All projects are based on specifications, estimated time and rate per hour.
